With increase in global connectivity, the ability to navigate diverse workforce is seen as an important asset. Cultural competence refers to the ability to adapt and function efficiently in a diverse setting. In this presentation, Prof Melody Chao will explore how our mindsets (i.e., beliefs) and environmental factors influence our ease in managing diversity.
