With an average age of 42 and 18 years of work experience, this cohort of 42 “high-impact, low ego” senior executives have just embarked on their life-changing journey with the Kellogg-HKUST EMBA program. They will bring extensive management experience and knowledge to the classroom, contributing to a dynamic learning environment where they will advance and transform personally and professionally. It is also an ideal platform where lifelong friendships and trust among the cohort are nurtured.

Representing 16 diverse nationalities and working across 18 vibrant cities, our cohort brings together expertise from different parts of the world. Together with their peers, some of them flying from as far as San Jose, Stockholm, and Moscow have also added a global perspective to the program. From healthcare and aviation to luxury and more, our students contribute their knowledge and insights across 21 dynamic sectors.

This year, the program has achieved an exceptional men-to-women ratio with the latter reaching 36%. This truly diverse cohort will definitely enable our students to make the most out of this genuine world-class and closely-knit international network.
