The School’s Executive Education Office is pleased to collaborate with TCL Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. in offering the Managerial Decision Making Program in Shenzhen.

The 2-day program by Prof. Caroline WANG (center in black in the second row) helped 41 middle and high-level executives of the company and its subsidiaries to turn insights into effective managerial decision-making strategies.

Adjunct Professor Caroline WANG from the Department of Management introduced participants to the unique Decision Making ‘GPA/IPO’ management framework and different psychological traps that would hinder effective decision-making. Different effective leadership styles were also introduced to inspire participants in leading their teams to make the best decision. It was an experiential learning program in which participants were able to test the framework learned in class and practice their decision-making skills through different role-plays and case studies.

The class response was excellent, with participants showing great enthusiasm and active engagement throughout the program. They found the content highly relevant to their work and appreciated the opportunity to reflect on their decision-making processes. We are thrilled with the successful completion of the program and are honored to partner with TCL again.
