The Dean’s Faculty Service Award was established to recognize faculty of the Business School for their exemplary service contribution to the University, the profession and the community for the common good out of the expected service responsibilities.
This year the Dean’s Faculty Service Award was presented to Professor Joseph SALVACRUZ, Professor of Business Practice from the Department of Marketing. Selected by a five-member independent selection committee, Prof Salvacruz has demonstrated the diverse services he has provided to the Department, the School, the University, and his field. Specific mention was made of his leadership and dedication as the Academic Director of the MSc Program in International Management (CEMS-MIMT) from August 2017 to July 2021, during which the Program was ranked Top 5 Masters in Management Program in Asia Pacific region by the QS World University Rankings 2020, and has been a top-three finalist for the CEMS School of the Year Award two years in a row.
