The Executive Education Office has launched two new real-time online programs to support executives acquire cutting edge insights and stay ahead of the effects of COVID-19. These programs are Crafting Your Strategy – a 12-hour program led by Prof Chris DORAN held between November 9 and 10 and 16 ­and 17 2020, and Leading Virtual Teams, a 6-hour program led by Prof Mitya NEW held between December 7 and 8 2020. Both programs were specially designed to help leaders formulate effective strategies to thrive in the “new normal” and effectively manage virtual teams for high performance.

The Crafting Your Strategy program gathered 18 senior executives from nine companies, including C-level executives from various backgrounds. The participants were seasoned management executives with an average of 19 years of working experience, representing six industries, including beauty, banking and finance, consulting, fashion, sourcing, and retail.

Thirteen senior executives from 13 companies joined the Leading Virtual Teams program. They were C-level executives, general managers, and department heads with an average of 20 years of working experience. Participants represented seven industries, including fashion and retail, logistics, manufacturing, telecommunications, consulting, public body, gaming, and entertainment.

New open programs in 2021 will offer face-to-face and online formats, including Leading for Success (8 days) and Strategic Financial Management for Non-financial Managers (3 days). Both programs are now open for registration.
