Prof. WANG Jing from the Department of Information Systems, Business Statistics and Operations Management (ISOM) was invited to join the editorial board of the MIS Quarterly (MISQ) as an Associate Editor. MISQ is one of the top two journals in Information Systems (IS) used in the rankings by the Financial Times and the University of Texas at Dallas. Serving as an Associate Editor is a major recognition for Prof. Wang’s reputation in the field.

Prof. Wang’s paper Female Hiring Bias Revealed in Online Job Marketshas won the INFORMS ISS Best Management Science Paper in IS. This is a prestigious award given to only one of the many papers published in Management Science IS department every year. Management Science is a top journal widely recognized in almost all business fields.

Meanwhile, Prof. HUA Xinyu from the Department of Economics was appointed to serve as Associate Editor of RAND Journal of Economics. Widely known as the top journal in the field of industrial organizations, the journal specializes in the behavior of regulated industries, the economic analysis of organizations, and more generally, applied microeconomics.
