The Talk is open for Finance alumni. Prof. Bhattacharya provides a whirlwind tour of 25 years of his research on some of these dark corners of finance. In the talk, he will share how he sees opportunities to steal in finance are strong: about using other people’s money, lots of money to be made, easy (people are gullible, think they understand finance, but most do not) and cannot all be eliminated by law (morals cannot be legislated). Participants will receive insights from the practical truth about the dark side of finance and what is to be done.
