Language: Chinese In this seminar, Roger and Winnie will discuss the complexity of family businesses, the 3 Ps of wealth creators, common characteristics of Chinese and Chinese family businesses, the Chinese curse of “wealth does not go beyond 3 generations”, notion of family governance with Chinese characteristics. The speakers will present a case study of a Hong Kong family in family succession planning and will also share their recent research findings of common characteristics of long surviving, over 100 years, Chinese family businesses.
