Mr Nicholas YANG, Secretary for Innovation and Technology, HKSAR Government, visited the Business School on August 14. Secretary Yang was welcomed by senior management of both the University and the School, including President Prof SHYY Wei, Vice-President for Research and Development Prof Nancy IP, Dean of the Business School Prof TAM Kar Yan, together with our faculty and alumni.
The management presented the recent developments of HKUST, especially its progress on technology and innovation. Secretary Yang also visited the newly completed incubator at the Business School Building, which will soon be ready for students to get their ideas off the ground.
