As Asia’s premier international case competition, the HKUST International Case Competition (HKICC) 2023 marked the return to face-to-face competition after two years of online delivery. Organized by the HKUST Business School and supported by HSBC, the event not only aimed to challenge the participating teams to devise solutions that enhance the customer journey for HSBC’s corporate banking clients but also to facilitate fintech development.
Taking place over three days in early October, this year’s contest saw the enthusiastic participation of 12 teams of undergraduate students from universities in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, New Zealand, the Netherlands, and the US.
