In an era defined by rapid technological and social transformation, the role of educational leadership has never been more critical. At HKUST Business School, we recognize the importance of empowering those who shape the next generation, and we are proud to stand alongside them.
We recently welcomed over 40 high school principals and leaders to our campus for the "Navigating Tomorrow’s Education: Executive Leadership Program for Principals”, a two-day immersive executive education program exploring the future of education, leadership, and innovation.
From exploring emerging technologies and their application in education, to leadership and strategic management, the program offered a practical and insightful experience. Participants described the learning experience as “extraordinary” and “transformative.” Beyond the classroom, the program fostered meaningful dialogues and professional networks, reinforcing our shared mission to advance education in Hong Kong.
