HKUST recently welcomed a distinguished delegation from Tsinghua University, led by Secretary of the Party Committee Prof. QIU Yong and Council Deputy Chairman Prof. YANG Bin, alongside other senior officials. The visit marked a milestone in fostering academic and institutional ties between two Asia’s leading institutions.

During the visit, the two institutions formalized a series of strategic agreements, including new executive education initiatives with HKUST Business School. Building on the successful launch of the Bilingual Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program—jointly offered by HKUST Business School and Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance, the partnership will expand to include cutting-edge executive education programs that tackle real-world industry challenges.

Designed with an interdisciplinary curriculum, these programs aim to equip forward-thinking business leaders with the strategic insight and capabilities needed to drive transformative change across sectors. This collaboration reflects both institutions’ shared commitment to nurturing global leadership and delivering meaningful impact through education and innovation.
