The Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA (KH EMBA) program, offered jointly by HKUST and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, is ranked No.1 in the latest Financial Times EMBA Ranking. The KH EMBA program has maintained its prominent status as the global leader by clinching the top spot for the 12th time. No other program on the chart comes close to this level of record-breaking performance, gauging by 16 criteria that include program quality, school research capabilities, and alumni accomplishments.

When accessing career progression, the ranking tracks graduates’ career advancements three years after earning their EMBA. Our graduates stood out among the top 100 surveyed programs this year, achieving the highest average salary of up to US$652,326 (over HK$5 million) per annum, representing an average salary increase of 89% between their pre-EMBA earnings and current salaries. They also reported great satisfaction about their EMBA experience with an average rating of 9.64 out of 10.
