Ms Agnes Chan

Ms Agnes Chan is the Managing Partner of Hong Kong and Macau at EY. She has over 30 years of experience in serving clients in a wide range of industries.

Agnes is a high profile member of Hong Kong’s business community and is a regularly featured commentator in the media. She was named one of the Leading Tax Advisors in Hong Kong by the Guide to the World’s Leading Tax Advisors in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014. Her professional accomplishments have yielded numerous awards in recent years, including the “Best in Tax Individual Award” recognized by Euromoney Legal Media Group at the Asian Women in Business Law Awards event in 2012.

In 2011, Agnes was a member of the Election Committee for electing the Chief Executive of the HKSAR. Agnes was also awarded by the Fellowship of Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs in China as one of the Top 100 China Women Entrepreneurs of the Year in 2011. She became the first leader outside Mainland China being named “China Economic Women of the Year” in 2012.

Agnes holds various positions in government and industry bodies. She is an appointed member of the Competition Commission, Environment and Conservation Fund Committee, Inland Revenue Department Users Committee, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board, and Telecommunications Users and Consumers Advisory Committee of the Office of the Communications Authority.

Agnes is also the Vice Chairman of the Financial and Treasury Services Committee and a member of the General Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Her other community service includes membership in the Corporate Advisory Council of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, the Accounting Advisory Board of The University of Hong Kong School of Business, and the Advisory Board of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Institute for Emerging Market Studies.

Mr Anish Lalvani

Mr Anish Lalvani is the Chairman of Euro Suisse International Limited, an electrical appliance and consumer electronics marketing group, which has business interests in Hong Kong, Europe, the Former Soviet Union, Africa and the Middle East. Anish has lived and worked in the UK, USA, India and Hong Kong and holds an MBA degree from The University of San Diego. He is a former Chairman for both the North Asia Region and the Hong Kong Chapter of The Young Presidents’ Organization. He is a Non-Executive Director of Chen Hsong Holdings Limited, a Patron of the Asian Cultural Council, a Director of Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong Limited, a Trustee of the Kew Foundation, a member of The HKUST Business School Advisory Council and a fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
