
Prof Hongchoy
Prof Hongchoy joined The Link Management Limited in January 2009 as the Chief Financial Officer. The Link Management Limited is the manager of Hong Kong listed The Link Real Estate Investment Trust. He became the Chief Executive Officer in May 2010. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Tracker Fund of Hong Kong and a director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. He is a member of the Policy Research Committee of the Financial Services Development Council of the Government of the HKSAR and member of the Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is also a member of the Asia Executive Board of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Prof Hongchoy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Chartered Accountant with the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Senior Fellow of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute, and a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Institute of Shopping Centre Management and a Professor of Practice, Department of Building and Real Estate of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Prof Hongchoy was presented with the 4th Asian Corporate Director Recognition Award 2013 by Corporate Governance Asia, Executive Director (Listed Companies) of Directors of the Year Awards 2011 by HKIoD and Outstanding Entrepreneurship of Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards 2011, Hong Kong by Enterprise Asia. He was also named as “The Best CEO” by FinanceAsia’s poll of Asia’s Best Managed Companies from 2012 to 2015.

Mr Arthur Yuen
Mr Arthur Yuen is in charge of the full range of banking policy, development and supervisory issues at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). He joined the HKMA in 1996 as Head of Administration and has since taken up different responsibilities including research and liaison on China economic and market development issues before being appointed Head of Banking Supervision in 2000. He took up the position as Executive Director (Banking Development) in July 2004, Executive Director (Banking Supervision) in June 2005 and Executive Director (External) in July 2008. He was appointed to his present position on 1 January 2010.
Before joining the HKMA, Mr Yuen worked in the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for two years after having served as an Administrative Officer in the Hong Kong Government for over eight years.
