In its final episode of interview series with HKUST faculty, talked to Dr. Kelvin MAK, Department of Accounting. He offered practical tips to tech firms on how to reduce the taxable amount under the new tax system. Meanwhile, Prof. Albert PARK, Head of Economic Department, was interviewed by SCMP earlier on the trade relationship between China and India, saying that in view of the consumer welfare as a real part of the economy, there was an enormous benefit for India to engage China in the tech sectors.
