The Executive Education Office offered a 2-day “Managerial Decision Making & Leadership” by Prof. Caroline WANG on March 18-19, marking the 30th run, since 2006.

The program aims to help participants lead their teams to make quality decisions for long-term professional and organizational success. It provides participants with a unique decision-making framework to make quality decisions.

Participants are senior executives representing nine companies, who are seasoned management from diverse industries, with an average of 18 years of management experience. They found the learning experience eye-opening and inspiring, with hands-on experience shared by faculty and peers from other leading companies with diverse backgrounds. They learned how to avoid the psychological trap in decision-making and what is crucial in responsible decision-making.

To address the learning needs of senior executives, around 12 open programs (consortium and short programs) will be offered this year, covering different management/hot topics, such as Climate Change & Business Risks, Cybersecurity & Risk Management for Executives, and Strategy Management (Chinese program).

Special rates are available for HKUST alumni, groups (3 or more registrations), and early birds. The latest details can be found on the program website.
