Jointly organized by the BSc programs in Quantitative Finance and Sustainable and Green Finance, the QFIN and SGFN Speaker Series 2021-22 featured experienced industry speakers and covered a comprehensive range of sustainable and green finance topics.
The first session was held successfully on October 27. Dr Calvin Lee KWAN, Head of Sustainability and Risk Governance, Link REIT, delivered a talk on “An Issuer’s Standpoint on Sustainability-linked Debt”, and shared Link REIT’s sustainability concept of Environment-Social-Governance-Prosperity (ESGP).
On November 17, Mr Jean-Marc CHAMPAGNE, Head of Environmental Finance and Bankable Nature Solutions Asia-Pacific of WWF – Hong Kong, shared the “Point of View of the WWF-HK on Sustainable and Green Finance” and gave a comprehensive view on WWF’s bankable projects.
