We are delighted to announce that two papers, written by Head of Management Department and Chair Professor GONG Yaping and Assistant Professor WANG Danqing from the Department of Management, are recognized for their impact factor and listed in the Journal Citation Reports (JCR).
Based on millions of citations, JCR is an authoritative resource for impact-driven data among the rankings of different academic journals related to social and life sciences.
Both papers are ranked among the top five contributors and are some of the most cited papers published between 2017 and 2018. Professor Gong’s paper, Human resource systems, employee creativity, and firm innovation: The moderating role of firm ownership, is ranked No.2; while Professor Wang’s paper, Whose call to answer: Institutional complexity and firms’ CSR reporting, is ranked No.5.
