HKUST EMBA

The HKUST EMBA program is designed specifically for Chinese-speaking executives and entrepreneurs from industries in Greater China. It gives executives from Greater China global management perspectives to help them navigate various industries at home. The program prepares participants for leadership in an ever-changing world by providing a unique bilingual education, coupled with cuttingedge research, knowledge, and case-studies that connect the East and West. By fostering global perspectives, the program serves as a foundation for leaders to hone their leadership skills. The program also inspires creativity and entrepreneurship skills which enable leaders to analyze the innovative models of international companies to discover new opportunities.

Professor HUI Kai Lung, Academic Director

“The HKUST EMBA Program prepares senior Chinese executives to lead in the ever-changing world. It provides a unique bilingual education with frontier research, knowledge, cases, and experiences that bridge the East and the West. The Program features a balanced curriculum with foundational business subjects as well as stateof-the-art subjects such as emerging technologies, sustainability and risks, negotiation strategy, and innovative thinking.

In addition to classroom learning, the Program promotes extracurricular sharing and learning through regular engagement activities and workshops that expose students to new topics that are non-conventional in an EMBA program, including aging and life sciences, autonomous Internet of things, and metaverse. These carefully-curated workshops and learning help ensure the EMBA students always stay ahead to lead the pack.”
