The phenomenon of “youthquake” stands for “a significant cultural, political or social change arising from the actions or influence of young people.” The average Economic Value (AEV) has reflected that the millennials are a valuable group who are shaping the 21st century. They become more engaged with the world around them, and more socially conscious, economically considered, and environmentally informed as a result of decentralization.

However, millennials are facing a quarter-life crisis which includes their concerns about high tuition debt, poor financial situations, and insufficient medical insurance. These social issues can be solved if the government, corporations, and society can move forward with a pragmatic approach. Innovation and technology should be one of the ways to lead millennials toward a bright future.
