Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Business School announces today that it will join the Global Young Chinese Business Leaders Forum (GYC) as the Academic Partner. The GYC is the first international forum that focuses on the global roles of the new Chinese business leaders. The forum has received overwhelming support from the political arena, business and academic communities, and major media from the mainland and overseas.

The GYC is organized by the All-China Youth Federation and co-organized by the China Youth Exchange Center and EMBA Club International. Supporting Organizations include 18 government bureaus and commissions. The forum will be held from January 7 to January 9, 2005 in Beijing. Some 400 young business leaders, Chinese government's decision makers, renowned economists, distinguished professors from international business schools, representatives from major business organizations, senior executives from multinational companies, and mainstream media will attend the forum to discuss the "China opportunities and global integration".
