The School’s BizTalks Series concluded another season with a highly engaging session themed "Corporate Strategy in a Complex Landscape: Mergers, Ideology, and Market Trends". We were delighted to see a strong turnout, with attendees eager to delve into the complexities of mergers and acquisitions in today’s dynamic business environment.
Prof. WANG Danqing from the Department of Management kicked off the session with a thought-provoking presentation on how community political ideology affects the completion of foreign firms’ M&A deals.
