HKUST Business School brought together academics, industry experts for a thematic forum in Shenzhen, focusing on a pressing topic – “Brands’ International Exploration”, which is a key focus for Chinese enterprises eyeing overseas expansion.

Three distinguished speakers led the discussions. Prof. WANG Wenbo from the Department of Marketing, HKUST Business School, offered insights into the theoretical frameworks from cultural impact analysis to localized marketing strategies. Mr. Amos MA, Founder and Chairman of AMOS Food Group, shared application experience from the industry. In addition, Mr. HUANG Yuanpu, Overseas IP Producer, emphasized IP-driven global emotional connections. During the event, Ms. YANG Xiaoyan, Head of China Strategy, HKUST Business School, also highlighted the School’s new alumni WeChat mini-program and the Entrepreneur Innovation and Technology Management Scholar Program (企業家科創學者課程).
