It is always essential for leaders to make high-quality decisions, lead and communicate with the team to achieve desirable performance. The Executive Education Office has been offering the five-day High Potentials Leadership Consortium Program since 2014 to enable executives to lead changes, build high-performing teams, and drive organizational success.

The program comprises three 1-day and one 2-day modules, namely Managerial Decision Making by Prof. Bilian SULLIVAN, Effective Team Communications by Ms. Paula HO, and Leading Teams to Performance by Prof. Mitya NEW.

Through lectures, case studies, simulation exercises and group discussions, the program is designed to empower high-potential leaders by improving their leadership capabilities and offering them access to the latest management knowledge and insights.

This year, we are pleased to welcome seasoned executives averaging 18 years of management experience, representing diverse industries like construction, government, non-profit, IT, e-business, and utilities. Participants found the program both eye-opening, and practical. The key takeaways equip executives to tackle strategic challenges and overcome barriers to execution. The learning journey also provides executives with invaluable opportunities for experience sharing and professional networking.
