Our alumni continue to bring pride to their alma mater! Two graduates have been recognized for notable achievements in their respective fields, receiving commendable awards that reflect their passion and commitment.
We are thrilled to congratulate Jeffrey WU for being named on the list of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2025 in the Finance & Venture Capital category. A graduate of HKUST Business School, Jeffrey is a director of MindWorks Capital, a Hong Kong-based VC firm with $1.4 billion in assets under management. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has been involved with investments in Mainland China and Southeast Asia, and helped the firm close its latest $220 million fund last October. His journey to becoming a finance professional is truly inspiring.
Another business graduate Luke TAM, and co-founder of Kaifong Tour 街坊帶路, has been recognized as one of the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow 2025! Deeply connected to the district he grew up, Luke is redefining the possibilities of local tourism in the city. By training residents as community docents, his team has created over 6,000 jobs and engaged more than 120,000 visitors in just 18 months! We are proud to see Luke’s effort exemplify the innovative and caring spirit we embrace at HKUST Business School.
