HKUST’s full-time MBA Program has secured the top spot in Hong Kong and achieved a global ranking of 36th in the prestigious Financial Times (FT) Global MBA 2025 Ranking. This marks the 17th time our Program has earned a spot among the top 40 MBAs worldwide.

Our School is committed to fostering career advancement for graduates, evidenced by an impressive 93% employment rate within three months of graduation for most recent full-time MBA cohorts. Despite the surveyed graduates this year impacted by the pandemic in 2021, our Program’s exceptional performance in career-related metrics stood out. The FT has ranked us as No.1 in Asia for "aims achieved" - emphasizing how well our alumni have realized their MBA goals.

“Our MBA Program has consistently showcased its enduring quality and impact over its 34-year history,” says Prof. HUI Kai-Lung, Acting Dean of HKUST Business School. “We remain dedicated to delivering a world-class MBA that equips our students to emerge as aspiring business leaders in an ever-evolving global landscape.”

Additionally, the program has been recognized as Asia-Pacific’s #1 by Bloomberg Businessweek's Best Business Schools 2023-25. These accolades underscore our steadfast dedication to our mission: Developing Leaders in Asia for the World.

Heartfelt gratitude to our faculty, alumni, partners, and students for their invaluable contributions to this continued recognition!
