The Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program welcomed its newest cohort KH28 (Class of 2026) — a diverse group of senior executives from 14 cities worldwide, including locations as far-reaching as Dubai, Melbourne, New York, and Paris, and spanning 14 nationalities. With an average age of 42 and 19 years of work experience, this talented group from 18 industries brings a rich mix of knowledge and profound expertise.

Students dived headfirst into their first week of classes "Analytical Approach to Uncertainty" and "Leadership in Organizations” conducted by Kellogg faculty Prof. Nabil AL-NAJJAR and Prof. Adam WAYTZ. Through a series of ice-breaking and team-building activities, a strong sense of camaraderie and teamwork blossomed among the students, setting the stage for a collaborative and supportive learning environment. They soon discovered and marveled at the “high-impact, low-ego” quality of each other.

In the upcoming 18 months, these executives will take on a challenging yet rewarding journey that combines academic excellence with practical applications. This learning experience will not only arm them with the necessary skills and insights needed to excel as leaders, but also empower them to navigate the challenges of today’s business world confidently and adeptly.
