Prof. XU Yan of the Department of Information Systems, Business Statistics, and Operations Management was invited to join a panel at the Hong Kong Characteristic New Quality Productivity Forum. Prof. Xu shared his opinions on how to enhance Hong Kong’s productivity by leveraging the development of technology and innovation, in particular Type II technology and innovation. The event was organized by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries.
On the same day, Prof. Xu delivered a keynote speech on AI, Innovation and Ethics at another forum organized by the Internet Professionals Association held at the Hong Kong Productivity Council. By sharing their perspectives and insights, our faculty make contributions to industry and societal advancements.
