In February, the HKUST Global Business (GBUS) Program’s Year 2 Cohort participated in an action-packed Team Building Day aimed at fostering trust, communication, and collaboration. Through a mix of challenging activities, students learned to overcome obstacles by working together, building trust within their teams, and supporting one another.
To start with, they stretched their minds and bodies in a series of challenges, including a multi-phase high event, intra and inter-team exercises, and problem-solving tasks. The experience also emphasized the importance of transferring skills and knowledge across teams, reinforcing the concept of unity in achieving common goals.
By the end of the day, the participants left with stronger bonds and a deeper appreciation to teamwork. We extend our gratitude to all participants for their enthusiasm, collaboration, and resilience throughout the event, and believe this experience has laid a solid foundation for their academic journeys ahead.
