Over the past 10 years, the Executive Education Office has been offering the Five-day High Potentials Leadership Consortium Program to train executives in making high-quality decisions, and in leading their teams to achieve desirable performance.
The program comprises three one-day or two-day modules, namely Managerial Decision Making by Prof. Bilian SULLIVAN, Effective Team Communications by Ms. Paula HO, and Leading Teams to Performance by Prof. Mitya NEW. Through lectures, case studies, simulation exercises and group discussions, the program aims to develop high-flyers by improving their leadership capabilities and offering them access to the latest management knowledge and insights.
This year, the program has 20 participants from 13 companies of various industries, including banking and finance, buildings and construction, education, government and non-profit, IT, logistics and medical services. Participants found the program eye-opening and practical. These executives value this learning journey to help them address strategic challenges and overcome barriers to execution.
