This summer, the Executive Education Office of HKUST Business School worked with HSBC again to offer two one-day online master classes for over 210 HSBC Future Fit People Managers. Based on the success of the pilot cohort last year, this year’s cohort focused on accelerating business impact on Transformation Acumen and Commercial Acumen.

In the Data Analytics class Prof. Jean WANG guided participants on connecting machine learning and artificial intelligence to business analytics, while Prof. Joseph SALVACRUZ will equip participants with the skills of mastering customer interactions during the Digital Customer Experience class. Participants from seven countries – India, the Philippines, Egypt, China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Poland actively interacted in the classes. They found the learning experience inspiring and practical, with insights into cutting-edge knowledge, industry research and real business practices.
