The HKUST MSc in Accounting (MSAC) Program hosted an unforgettable Graduation Dinner for the Class of 2024 by the end of May. This elegant evening seamlessly blended celebration and introspection, bringing together students, faculty, alumni, and guests from KPMG to honor the remarkable accomplishments of the graduating class.
The event commenced with an opening address by Prof. Tony SHIEH, Academic Director of the MSAC Program. He reflected on the Program’s year-long journey, highlighted his fond memories with students, and applauded the hard work of the graduating class to complete this remarkable journey. Meanwhile, Mr. Andrew WONG, Director of Audit Quality and Professional Practice at KPMG, delivered a motivational speech, inspiring graduates as they embarked on the next phase of their careers. Prof. Shieh and Mr. Wong’s speeches provided invaluable insights, guiding the graduates as they set sail toward their future endeavors.
Amidst the festivities, the graduates reflected on the challenges they overcame and the victories they achieved during their academic journey.
