The digital revolution is transforming the way people around the globe live, interact, and do business together. To ride the transformational digital technology wave, 29 Kuwaiti executives flew to Hong Kong to attend a digital leadership program on February 4-8. The program is designed for The Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) to help participants develop digital management know-how and cope with the rapid change in the digital era.

The program began with Professor Chris DORAN addressing the key shifts of business world in the digital age and introducing models to analyze the business scenario; Professor HUI Kai-Lung covered the latest developments in digital technologies; Professor Carlos FERNÁNDEZ-LORÍA presented the transform approach of data-driven decision-making and explored the concepts of AI; Professor KOH Tat-Koon covered how to establish an innovative and digital mindset in the organization; and Professor Joseph SALVACRUZ taught how to prepare for a superlative digital customer experience.
To integrate the learnings, participants were divided into five groups to create digital business ventures and pitch among others. A company visit to Cyberport was arranged with guest speaker, our Kellogg-HKUST EMBA alumna Ms. Honnus CHEUNG from On-us to share the latest Fintech development in Hong Kong and how Fintech converges to Martech.
