Commissioned by Hang Seng Bank Limited, the Executive Education Office of the Business School has tailor-made a program on Disruptive Technologies for 35 heads of the company.
The 2-day mixed mode (in person and online) customized program provided the executives with a solid technical foundation and working knowledge in new technologies, empowering them in new products/services/customer experience creation and process transformation to increase efficiency. The topics covered included blockchain, cybersecurity and risk management, fintech, big data and business analytics, and digital customer experience.
Participants found the program insightful and inspiring. Through interactive lectures, real-life industry examples, case discussions and presentations, the program provided practical insights that would help improve the daily work and operational efficiency of the bank.
