Congratulations to our Year 3 Marketing & Management student Jason CHEUNG Pok To, who won the overall Champion of the Pitch Perfect Programme. Being one of the seven winners from over 100 participants, Jason also clinched the overall championship title. In addition to the one-year HKGCC Student Membership and a total of HK$18,000 cash award, he will have the honor of being the Chamber’s Student Ambassador, as well as a very rare one-day job shadowing opportunity with Mr. Eric FOK, Co-Chairman of YEC.

Jason shared that it was a very memorable experience competing on stage in front of a judging panel comprising the Chamber leadership and YEC leadership, and tackling challenging questions from judges regarding youth affairs, personal development and more. “Pitching and presenting have always been something I am passionate about, and it is like a dream come true being able to meet and learn from other eloquent candidates.”

Pitch Perfect Programme is a training program and competition from the Young Executives Club (YEC) of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC). It aims to help university students to prepare for the world of work. It consists of four stages: training sessions, company visits, mentoring from YEC members, and a round of competitions where the students would have the opportunity to impress the judges in a two-minute pitch.
