The digital revolution is transforming how we live, interact, and do business together. In November, the Executive Education Office presented a new two-day open program on Digital Transformation to help executives demystify relevant digital technology developments, establish strategies for business growth, and acquire vital management skills, mindset, and culture. The program offered a comprehensive view of digital transformation and provided participants with practical skills and knowledge to support their career advancement.

The program curriculum featured four topics: Overview of Disruptive Technology and its Impacts by Professor Kai-lung HUI, Digital Strategy by Professor Chris DORAN, Big Data and AI in Business by Professor Allen HUANG, and Leadership and Organizational Culture by Professor Mitya NEW.

The program was participated by 35 senior executives, including C-level executives from various backgrounds. The participants represented 10 companies from 10 industries and came with over 20 years of work experience.

Furthermore, the program explored important new digital developments, including artificial intelligence and big data analysis, and explored how and why they are relevant to today’s changing world. The program also examined the knowledge and skills needed to plan for and manage change driven by digital innovation, as well as the leadership and culture needed to embrace digital transformation.
