In 2014, the Executive Education Office launched the High Potentials Leadership Consortium Program executives, running its 7th class this year between October and November. Held over a five-day period, the program includes three one to two day modules – “Managerial Decision Making”, “Effective Team Communications” and “Leading Teams to Performance.” This year, 26 senior executives from diverse backgrounds, functions, and industries enrolled in the program. With an average of 16 years of working experience, the participants hail from 14 companies and represent 8 industries.

In today’s dynamic and competitive business environment, it is essential for leaders to make quality decisions, effectively lead and communicate with their team to achieve desirable performance results. Through lectures, case studies, exercises, and group discussions, the program aims to help executives improve their leadership capabilities through the latest management knowledge.

In October, Prof Bilian SULLIVAN taught the practical and eye-opening first module. Key takeaways for participants include decision-making tools, common judgment bias, and decision traps.
