In response to the latest consultation report on measures to counter base erosion and profit shifting by enterprises, released by the government, we organized a lunch seminar entitled “Tax Development in Hong Kong on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting - Common Issues & Considerations” on 30 November 2017.
The keynote speaker, Victor Lee, is our accounting alumnus who graduated in 1998, and currently a Tax Partner of PwC Hong Kong. Following Victor’s presentation, a question and answer session was moderated by Professor Sabrina Kwan from the Department of Accounting. In collaboration with the HKUST Accounting Alumni Association and the Accounting Students' Society, HKUSTSU, the event drew a full house.
