Dr Thomas Chan Sze Tong was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Social Science Degree by Hong Kong University, on April 24. Dr. Chan is a neurosurgeon in private practice, Chief Executive of World Vision China, and Area Director, East Asia, of World Vision International. The award was made in recognition of his contributions to humanitarian service in Hong Kong and the Mainland.News
