AI is reshaping industries and redefining the future of business. A group of 63 senior executives from 24 companies joined our AI for Executives program, bringing an impressive average of 23 years of professional experience. The program explored how AI and Generative AI can unlock opportunities, improve decision-making, and enhance organizational performance.
Led by Prof. YANG Yi, participants gained a stronger understanding of AI, including its evolution, practical applications, and key concepts such as data, context, personas, and agentic AI. A critical theme emerged: adoption of AI must be strategic and business-driven. Rather than rushing into implementation, executives focused on ROI, risks, rollout, and aligning AI initiatives with organizational needs.
Through real-world cases, discussions, and live demonstrations, participants explored how leading global companies are leveraging AI to drive business growth, learned best practices for responsible AI governance, and developed actionable roadmaps for scaling AI initiatives.
Participants gained practical frameworks and insights to navigate AI transformation confidently and lead AI initiatives in their organizations.
