This report examines the qualifications and skillsets required for the Hong Kong’s Green and Sustainable Finance (GSF) industry and the talent development approaches of global GSF markets for insights that can assist Hong Kong’s formulation of appropriate talent strategies. Recommendations are offered to facilitate the design of relevant training and the expansion of the GSF talent pool.
