
Dr Michael Y.K. Chan
Dr Michael Y.K. Chan is the Executive Chairman of Café de Coral Group, which operates a total of over 550 restaurant units of household brands all over the world covering territories in the United States, Canada, South East Asia, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
The Group was selected as The Ten Best Managed Company in Hong Kong followed by the granting of The Asian Management Award for Marketing Management in 1992. In 1994, Dr. Chan was the recipient of The Asian Management Award for General Management. More recently, he has been awarded with the Good People Management Award 1999 by the Hong Kong Government. Dr. Chan’s company was chosen, five times in a row, among 20,000 companies around the world as one of the World’s Best Performing Companies.
In addition, he has been awarded the 2002 Business Excellence Award presented by The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. In 2003, he has also been selected as The Best Employers in Hong Kong Award and Investor Relations Magazine Asia Awards. On a personal basis, Dr. Chan was awarded the Stars of Asia Award in 1999, the Executive of the Year Award 2001 by the DHL/SCMP Hong Kong Business and The Directors of the Year Awards 2003 by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. Lately, Dr. Chan has been awarded with Hong Kong Business Mastermind Award.
Dr. Chan is a very active member of the community. He serves on the executive council of the Retail Management Association, the Hong Kong Management Association and the Employers' Federation of Hong Kong, as well as an Elected Member of Quality Tourism Services Association and a Court Member of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Dr Lily Chiang
Dr Lily Chiang is the Founder of Eco-Tek Holdings Limited.
In 1999 she was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Hong Kong, and received the Outstanding Polytechnic University Alumni Award. She was also named one of the Distinguished Women of Hong Kong -2001 in the High Technology Sector. Dr. Chiang was selected as China’s Economic Leaders for Tomorrow in 2003, the most Creative Chinese Entrepreneurial Leaders of Asia-Pacific in 2005 and awarded as Honorary Fellow from Lingnan University of Hong Kong recently.
Reflecting her dedicated contributions to the community, Dr Chiang is the Deputy Chairman of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, and the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies and President of Hong Kong Shandong Business Association Ltd. She is also the Vice Board Chairman of the CCPIT Council of China’s Foreign Trade. Moreover, she is a Member of Council for Sustainable Development and Hong Kong Trade Development Council, CPU Panel on the Pan Pearl River Delta, Town Planning Board and a Lay Member of the Barristers Disciplinary Tribunal Panel.
Within the academic sector, Dr Chiang is a Founding Voting Member of Foundation for Education Development and Research of the University of Hong Kong, Visiting Professor for Department of Manufacturing Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, member of the Honorary Committee for UC Berkeley’s Asian Leadership Conference. She is a Court Member of Hong Kong Baptist University. At Lingnan University of Hong Kong, she is a council member, a court member. She is a member of the HKUST Business School Corporate Advisory Board.
