The 14th cohort of the flagship Leading for Success Consortium Program commenced in February with 18 experienced executives representing 12 companies from various industries and functions. Despite the pandemic, participants were delighted to participate in the program in person. This cohort has 22 years of average work experience – the highest since the program’s launch in 2007 – and a groundbreaking record of over 60% female participants.
Aiming to help leaders and entrepreneurs stay competitive and achieve new heights with their organizations, the program comprises four two-day modules between February and May 2021: “Competing through Strategic Management,” “Leadership and Change Management”, “Achieving Success through People,” and “Strategy and Marketing.”
Professor Chris DORAN kicked-off the first module, and provided participants with cutting-edge knowledge and insights in strategic thinking and plan. Upcoming modules will be delivered by Professor Jean VANHOEGAERDEN, Professor Joseph SALVACRUZ, and Professor Stephen NASON with more innovative learning experiences and networking opportunities to come.
