The HKUST Business School has collaborated with Taobao China Holding Limited in offering a 2.5 day e-commerce training course for UG students in October.
Targeted for beginners, the training is designed with some task-based activities to provide students with knowledge on B2B, e-payment, product listing and customer service. Instructors included trainers from Alibaba Group’s Taobao University and Alipay, as well as a representative from the Hong Kong Top Ten e-Commerce Club, providing practical tips for participants to open online shops.
