The Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA (EMBA) program tops the Financial Times 2010 EMBA global rankings for the second year in a row, according to a release today of the world's top 100 EMBA programs. The program is also ranked No. 1 on a three-year average from 2008 to 2010.
Jointly offered by the HKUST School of Business and Management and the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University, the Kellogg-HKUST EMBA program has been ranked world's No. 1 three times, in 2007, 2009 and 2010, and has held the top 3 position for 6 consecutive years since 2005.
The Financial Times 2010 EMBA global rankings are based in part on the performance of the 2007 graduating class, whose career advancements are tracked three years after graduation. Kellogg-HKUST EMBA alumni have achieved the highest average salary three years after graduation, reaching US$392,076 per annum, a 69% increase from their average pre-EMBA salary. They rank global No. 2 in terms of student diversity, work experience and the extent to which they fulfilled their most important goals for doing an EMBA. Its strong research capabilities are also recognized in the research component of the rankings, where it ranks 12th in the world.
