HKUST Business School Executive Education announces the launch of the AIA AHEAD Program, developed in collaboration with AIA Hong Kong. The program welcomed a cohort of the company’s senior district directors and executives to HKUST for the first module of their leadership development journey.
The Program marks an important milestone in the partnership between HKUST and AIA Hong Kong, with a shared commitment to developing impactful leaders for the future, providing opportunities for participants to broaden their perspectives, strengthen leadership capabilities, and exchange with peers.
Led by Prof. Chris CHAN, the opening module featured a highly interactive learning experience that encouraged reflection, collaboration, and discussion among participants. Through experiential activities, simulation exercise, and peer engagement, the cohort explored leadership challenges and opportunities in today’s evolving business environment.
We are proud to begin this new partnership with AIA Hong Kong and look forward to the upcoming modules led by Prof. FONG Yuk-fai, Mr. Dan WONG and Prof Caroline WANG. Together, we aim to develop leaders who can create lasting impact for their organizations and communities.
