![]() | Mr. Ben WONG Ben joined Google in 2017 and has a proven track record of driving transformative campaigns and innovation for iconic global brands in both Asia and the US markets. His strategic acumen shines through his successful management of brands across diverse portfolios, including Google, Procter & Gamble (Olay, Pampers), Johnson & Johnson (Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Johnson’s Baby, Stayfree/Carefree), Beiersdorf (Nivea, Eucerin), Mars/Wrigley (Extra, Doublemint, 5, Skittles), Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, and Starbucks China. His works have received various industry recognition and awards including but not limited to the Stevie Awards – The International Business Award, Marcom Awards, Campaign Asia Event Marketing Awards and ROI Awards. Ben is passionate about community services and currently is an advisor and/or committee member of the Children Cancer Foundation (health related), Ediversity (education and parenting related), Rock Foundation/ Creation Hub (disability related), Ed-ability (disability related) and the Women Alliance Group. He holds an MSc in E-Commerce from the University of Hong Kong, an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), a marketing degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). |

![]() | Professor HUI Kai-Lung Prof. Hui received his BBA and PhD degrees from HKUST. He started his career at the National University of Singapore followed by City University of Hong Kong. He returned to HKUST in 2008 and has served in various key administrative roles within the Business School and the University. His research interests include cybercrime economics and policy, fintech, privacy, IT policy, and electronic commerce. His research cuts across information systems, marketing, and economics, and has been published in some of the best journals. He ranks among the top 22 in the world, top two in Asia, and top one in Greater China based on publications in Information Systems Research and MIS Quarterly in 2017-2021. Prof. Hui has provided expert advice and consultancy services to government and private organizations. He is also a frequent speaker and contributor to public opinion and knowledge sharing in the media. Prof. Hui has taught undergraduate, MSc, MBA, EMBA, PhD, DBA, and executive courses on cybersecurity and risk management, privacy and information management, fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrencies, big data and analytics, strategic IT management, and competitive business strategy, among others. He is a three-time winner of the prestigious Franklin Prize for teaching excellence in the HKUST Business School. |
