Lee Quo Wei Professor of Business, also Chair Professor JT LI (center), together with Management PhD graduate CHEN Ziyi (left), and Assistant Professor of Information Systems, Business Statistics and Operations Management, Professor KWON Ohchan (right), co-authored a paper “Selling on Digital Platforms Abroad: Modes of Control and Dual Liabilities”, which provides new insight into how multinational enterprises leverage digital platforms to expand global reach.
This paper was nominated and won the International Management Division’s “HKUST Best Paper in Global Strategy Award” at the annual meeting of the 2023 Academy of Management (AOM) held in Boston.
