Senior Associate Dean, Acting Head and Chair Professor of the Department of Information Systems, Business Statistics and Operations Management, Professor HUI Kai Lung discussed the emergence of the highly efficient AI chatbot – ChatGPT. While it has generated excitement, concerns about its impact on the labor market and the potential weakening of human skills have also arisen.
